alphabetical order. A multiple word entry is considered as a single word, i.e.
as if there were no spaces between the individual words (e.g. adjustable
rate preferred stock follows adjustable rate note).
A comma separates the
various meanings or synonyms of an entry, whereas a full stop indicates a
different context (e.g. intérêts courus,
intérêts cumulés. Au pied
de coupon).
